I love brands and often find myself re-imagining existing logos. This is a concept design I put together for Al Wahda FC - a professional soccer team located in Abu Dhabi, UAE. I based my new design on the the existing version which utilizes the Arabian Oryx - iconic to the team and region. I stylized it to portray a modern, competitive and dynamic look. I added a hint of a ball for contextual reference (currently lacking aesthetically), and a burst of yellow to give the design some energy - good for any sport.
